Features
- Adopt floor structure,High Stiffness, lower for tensile, upper for compression, upper for tensile, lower for compression, double space. The beam is step less lifting.
- Adopting ball screw drive, realize no clearance transmission,make sure the precision control of the test force and deformation speed.
- The shiel plate with limit mechanism used to control the beam moving range, in order to avoid sensor damaged due to the moving distance is too large.
- The table, moving beams is made of high quality precision machining steel plate, not only reduce the vibration generated by specimen fracture, but also improve the stiffness.
- Three columns of mandatory orientation, make the main unit rigidity much improved, to further ensure the repeatability of measurement.
- Adopt bolt type grip installation, make the grip replace easier.
- Adopt AC servo driver and AC servo motor, with stable performance,more reliable. Have over-current, over-voltage, over speed, overload protection device.
External hand-held controller
Adopts 320 x 240 LED display, which can quickly adjust the test space. It also has the functions of test start, test stop, test zero clearing and so on. It can display the running state of the equipment in real time, test data, make the sample clamping more convenient and easy to operate.


Loading Weight System
This special load cell provides excellent immunity to impact and side forces, rugged & low-profile measuring body with strictly symmetrical design is optimally suited to ensure high endurance strength. Excellent linearity guarantees highly precise measurement, additional mechanical protection of the strain gage area. It can be set for protections of 105% over range protection, over load capacity of 150% without permanent zero shift and over load projection of 300% of the rated capacity without mechanical damage.

Elastic PU Spiral Line
The connecting wire of force sensor and external hand-held controller adopts high elastic spiral telescopic wire, which makes the line more beautiful and durable.


Limit Indicator
The mechanical touch device installed on the middle beam, after touching the electronic limit, the corresponding upper and lower limit indicator light will be on to prevent the equipment from overloading operation, sensor damage and so on, so as to protect the safety of the equipment operation.
