Two models available
MVR series features two models available which are MVR200 (X-Y-Z travel of 200mm x 100mm x 200mm) and MVR300 (X-Y-Z travel of 300mm x 200mm x 200mm)
High level of resolution and accurate field of view
With the Video Edge Detection (VED) functions, alledges of the specimen can be easily detached. The Field-of-View (FOV) measurements are integrated with the stage motion.
Perfect combination of Lens and Illumination
With dedicated 6:5:1 zoom optics, MVR series combined with the 2 LED illumination, colimated LED for sub-stage illumination, and ring light LED for surface illumination. MVR also have a quick-change bayonet lens that accept zoom optics or telecentric optics for micron-level resolution.
Smooth and accurate movement
The manual X-Y positioning via hand wheels has precision recirculating ball linear guides for smooth and accurate stage motion. The Z-axis motion is a motorized positioning with variable speed control
Integrated with powerful MetLogix control system software
MVR series are suit up with the powerful control system software from MetLogix, M3. The M3 software has an advance functions like DXF importing and CAD comparison, auto edge detection, and works with active part views and live video feeds.
