Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine, compared with a ball screw type electric mechanical UTM, is adopting oil hydraulic power to push the piston in the oil cylinder to provide loading force. Therefore it is very suitable for making test to different metal and nometal materials under high toughness and hardness against extreme big loading force.
This machine is made based on the national spring tensile and compression tester standards of technical requirement, professional design of automatic control and data acquisition system, realized the data acquisition and control process full digital adjustment Mainly used to tension spring,compression spring,saucer reed,tower spring,leaf spring,clip spring,flat spring,composite spring,gas spring,mould spring,deformed spring and other precision spring tensile,compression, displacement and rigidity test and analysis.
Application
For static and cuasi-static test (low frequency fatigue) for high loads in many types of tests.
Specially indicated to switch test mode, thanks to its dual space design.
Double Test Space Frame
With high structural stiffness,4 columns and 2 screws with double testing space. The upper space is intended for tensile tests, and the lower for compression, shear, bending, folding, etc. Manufactured according to Standards EN 10002-2; ASTM E4, ISO 7500-1; DIN 51221 and BS1610 guide. Mobile crossbar separates the two test zones and is positionable in height by means of two spindles driven by an integrated electric motor frame.
